  • We proudly source the majority of our meats from trusted Canadian farms, with a strong focus on Ontario producers. Most of our beef comes from Ontario family farms, though we occasionally source from carefully selected farms in Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan to ensure consistent quality and supply. Our chicken is sourced exclusively from Ontario farms, and most of our pork comes from Ontario farms located within 150 km of our stores, with some additional sourcing from trusted farms in Western Quebec.

    We believe quality starts at the source. That's why we work with farmers who share our commitment to responsible farming practices, animal welfare, and exceptional product quality. We also maintain full traceability, allowing us to track our products from farm to fork.
